The Conewich® bread cone is baked locally in South Africa and is made from a single strip of dough wound in a spiral around a form. The small end of the cone is closed so the food does not leak out, a distinct advantage over the 'wrap', pita and other similar concepts. The Conewich® bread cone is easy to handle, quick to fill, and less costly to serve. The Conewich® bread cone comes in various flavourful and nutritional varieties and in three different sizes.

 

Spiral Food Franchising Pty Ltd, organised under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, has obtained a Master License from Conewich Enterprises Limited Partnership in the U.S.A. for the exclusive right to manufacture, sell and distribute the Conewich® bread cone in South Africa. Spiral Food Franchising has entered into a master franchise agreement with Conical Franchising Pty Ltd which plans to operate stores in South Africa directly and through others who will own their own stores as sub-franchisees for certain markets in certain regions in South Africa.
